We stayed at Thikana after two weeks travelling round India and it was a real treat! The whole property is lovely, with large welcoming communal spaces to hang out in, a kitchen providing meals and snacks should you want, and a welcoming team. The rooms are lovely, clean, very quiet, spacious and with everything you might need. We loved staying here and would highly recommend. We were even invited to spend Diwali with the owners (we couldn't make as had plans) and were gifted a little gift - this was such a thoughtful kind gesture and really sums up how lovely this place is! Thank you Thikana :)

Located within residential enclosure so you can walk around safely and enjoy a few parks. Sheetal and Atul very helpful and Sheetal particularly lovely- she made some nice suggestions for our trip. Also Choptu who cooked all our breakfasts and a great special dinner. Sheetal was also kind after our first visit in old delhi chandi chowk area which was bit shattering. Little hard to find but we took suggestion from Atul and Rohit to get a mobile and indian sim so we could use Uber. that made things much simpler. Really lovely staff but air quality was an issue in late December.

It was a beautiful oasis. Carefully and tastefully decorated like a home from home. Amazing hosts who were incredibly attentive and utterly charming. Willing and helpful at all times. And their staff are fabulous. I arrived midnight: sneezed a cold beer the host delivered cold beers; I needed rupees and the host was a money changer on the spot (accepting my GBP for Rs on the spot). So much more could ne said. From Help with getting my car sorted, to attending the post office to send items to Uk to restaurant recommendations. All of it was superb.

We loved everything about Thikana Delhi! The location, the beautifully decorated room and common areas, the super comfortable bed, amazing shower, but a special mention goes to the crew, the food and the service. They go above and beyond to help you and make you feel comfortable and the chef’s food is just absolutely amazing. We ordered some of the snacks and a vegetarian dinner - both were excellent. The breakfast is a whole feast in itself. Thank you Atul, Rohit and the team. We would come back in a heartbeat.

Beautiful, clean, tastefully decorated, lovely breakfast and very kind owner - she gave us lots of tips and was great to talk to. The roof terrace was also lovely. A great, tranquil base for exploring Delhi, especially south Delhi. Other guests were lovely and it was nice to have a communal atmosphere over breakfast. Easy to get around every via Uber and Uber Rickshaw.
